Sears at Sierra Vista Mall stands the test of time despite closing of other Sears locations
With many brick and mortar stores facing difficultes in today's retail
environment, Sears located at Sierra Vista Mall continues to avoid such
closures. Sears has closed hundreds of stores over the last couple of years
and continues to operate just over a hundred stores in California. The
location has furniture, home appliances, apparel and much more.
Transformco, the company that holds all assets for the retail chain,
emerged from bankruptcy last year but it doesn't seem that the company
gained any strength. Store hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00
p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
