After a investigation, police were able to identify the three teens who are all 16
years old and younger. They face a Second-Degree felony charge of tampering with
consumer products. Texas state law prohibits law enforcement from publicly identifying
juveniles.

Walmart officials said they removed all the juice bottles from the shelves.

This is not the only incident involving tampering with consumer products at a Texas
Walmart. Last August, D'Adrien L'Quinn Anderson was arrested for licking containers
of Blue Bell ice cream and them placing it back in the freezer at a Walmart in Port
Arthur.

Anderson was sentenced to 30 days in jail, two years of probation and a $1,000 fine.
Also, he was ordered to pay $1,565 to Blue Bell.
