Alleged Walmart shooter indicted on 90 federal hate crime charges

Patrick Crusius, the man accused of killing 22 people and wounding a couple dozen more appeared
in the United States District Court Western District of Texas in El Paso for his arraignment today.
The United States Attorney’s Office was able to secure the indictment against Crusius who targeted
Mexicans at the East-Central Walmart. He was formally charged with federal hate crimes, according
to a federal court indictment below. Crusius drove more than 10 hours from his grandparent's house
in Allen, Texas to El Paso to carry out the attack, according to police.
